Giving
Opportunities -- You can build a library!
Well,
perhaps not an entire library, but you can help! There never seems to be enough
money to purchase everything we need for the library. Many of our best
materials come from donations. Small and large contributions of money aid the
library in strengthening its collection. Often, donors target their
contribution to aid in developing a particular portion of the collection.
Recent donations have enabled the library to add to its collection of materials
about Armenia and to license the Oxford English Dictionary Online.
Donations
of books are always welcome. The library often fills gaps in its collection
from donated libraries of retiring ministers.
Current
library needs include resources to
- Deepen the collection in Ethics to support our PhD candidates in Theology
- Diversify our electronic resources in Abrahamic Religions
- Expand the amount of space available for journals and reference works
- Increase the number of computer stations for students and other patrons
- Improve the décor and ambience of the main library reading room
