Access
The
Library's primary users, the students and faculty of Hartford Seminary, enjoy
full access to the library's collections and services.
The
Library participates in a reciprocal borrowing agreement by which the faculty
of participating
CCALD libraries may borrow books according the the CCALD
Policy.
Many
users, including students from area colleges and universities, benefit from the
Library's collection by means of Interlibrary Loan from their home library.
Researchers
wishing to use archive or special collection materials are encouraged to
contact the Reference Librarian in
advance (860-509-9561).
All are
welcome to use the collection within the library during regular hours. Guests
may apply for borrowing privileges through the Circulation
Librarian (860-509-9500).

Access
While all
may use materials in the Library, Hartford area residents may apply for
borrowing privileges through the Circulation
Librarian (860-509-9500).
The Basic
Guest ($25 annual fee) receives basic reference services and the ability to
check out up to 10 books concurrently.
The Guest
Scholar ($50 annual fee) is able to check out up to 25 books, access
electronic resources from off campus, and receive Interlibrary Loan services
($1 fee per article, plus costs incurred--if any.)
